In the Registration form, you'll see an option to choose between being sent an invoice and making your payment online.

First click the "Continue" button and complete and submit the form that comes up in the popup window:

Once you've submitted the form, you'll be taken to a page where, if you'd like to pay by credit card, you can choose to go to the Network for Good Web site. There, you can complete your transaction by making a donation in the appropriate amount. You can also return to the homepage.
